Spring Hugo Spritz
Enjoy this Spring Hugo Spritz recipe from Amber Capps (@the_longweekender) using Benvolio’s Pinot Grigio! It's the perfect base for all your spritz recipes this summer. Light, crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 4 oz Benvolio Pinot Grigio (chilled)
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz agave syrup (more or less, depending on desired sweetness)
- 1 oz club soda (chilled)
- Club soda on top

Preparation
- Add In a shaker muddle fresh mint leaves, lime juice and agave syrup.
- Add your Benvolio Pinot Grigio and shake to combine mixture.
- Pour mixture into glasses and top with Club Soda.
NOTE: Recipe makes two drinks.
