Spring Hugo Spritz

Benvolio Pinot Grigio with lime to make a Hugo Spritz
Enjoy this Spring Hugo Spritz recipe from Amber Capps (@the_longweekender) using Benvolio’s Pinot Grigio! It's the perfect base for all your spritz recipes this summer. Light, crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 oz Benvolio Pinot Grigio (chilled)
  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup (more or less, depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 oz club soda (chilled)
  • Club soda on top
SHARE RECIPE
Preparation
  1. Add In a shaker muddle fresh mint leaves, lime juice and agave syrup.
  2. Add your Benvolio Pinot Grigio and shake to combine mixture.
  3. Pour mixture into glasses and top with Club Soda.

NOTE: Recipe makes two drinks.

  • Include additional limes and mint for garnishes
